Geriatrics Fellowship Application Instructions

The Geriatrics Fellowship at LVHN accepts one fellow annually into our one-year training program.

Application Preferences

• Board Certified/Eligible ABFM or ABIM
• Completion of or in the process of completing an ACGME or ACGME-I Accredited Residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Graduated residency within the last three years, unless there is current active clinical experience with an active medical license
• Passage of USMLE/COMLEX Steps I, II, and III
• We do NOT currently offer observerships or externships

Application Process

Applications for fellowship are accepted only through ERAS (Electronic Residency Application Service).

• The application deadline is the 2nd Tuesday of November
• Interviews will be held in October and early November.
• Application should include:
  • Official USMLE/COMLEX Transcript
  • Personal Statement
  • Three Letters of Recommendation
  • Photo
