Health Center at Pocono Creek

Welcome to the Health Center at Pocono Creek, your newest partner in health care dedicated to caring for you and your family.

The multi-story health center will house a variety of medical services, including HNL Lab Medicine, LVPG practices including family medicine and cardiology, outpatient adult rehabilitation and cardiac and vascular diagnostic testing.

It is being built next to Lehigh Valley Hospital–Pocono Creek, a fully accredited acute care hospital offering a range of in-house services, including lab work, imaging and a pharmacy. You will also gain access to outpatient imaging services like X-rays, ultrasounds, CT scans and MRIs right here.
