Directions
From Areas North (Wilkes-Barre/Scranton):
- Take I-81 South to Exit 141 (Hazleton Chamber of Commerce Route 424).
- Continue on 424 to Route 93 (third traffic light).
- Turn left onto Route 93 drive approximately 1 mile Lehigh Valley Hospital–Hazleton entrance is on your left.
From Areas South (Pottsville/Hershey):
- Take I-81 North to Exit 141 (Hazleton Chamber of Commerce Route 424).
- Continue on 424 to Route 93 (third traffic light).
- Turn left onto Route 93 drive approximately 1 mile Lehigh Valley Hospital–Hazleton entrance is on your left.
From Areas South of Hazleton on Route 309 (Tamaqua/Allentown):
- Take Route 309 North to Broad Street (Route 93) in Hazleton.
- Turn right onto Broad Street.
- LVH–Hazleton is approximately one mile on your right.
From Areas West (I-80 – Bloomsburg/Danville):
- Take I-80 East to Exit 256 (old exit 38)/Conyngham.
- Bear right off the ramp and proceed south on Route 93 through Conyngham Valley and past the Penn State Highacres Campus.
- Continue on Route 93, past the Laurel Mall into West Hazleton.
- Cross through intersection at 15th Street (Laundromat is on left corner) and immediately get into the left lane. At this point, Route 93 becomes Broad Street.
- At the second traffic light, bear left (still Broad Street) and LVH–Hazleton is approximately 2.5 miles on your right.
From Areas East (I-80 – Poconos):
- Take I-80 West to Exit 262 (old exit 39)/Hazleton.
- Bear left off the ramp and take Route 309 South to Hazleton. Route 309 becomes Church Street as you enter Hazleton.
- Remain on Church Street until you reach the intersection of Broad and Church Streets. At that point make a left turn onto Broad Street (Route 93).
- LVH–Hazleton is approximately one mile on your right.
From Lehighton/Philadelphia/Turnpike:
- Take the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike to Exit 34/Mahoning Valley.
- Follow Route 209 South through Lehighton and Jim Thorpe to Route 93, approximately 2 miles out of Jim Thorpe.
- After passing the Lantern Motel/Restaurant on your left, turn right onto Route 93.
- LVH–Hazleton is approximately 12 miles on your left.
Annex Building
This building is located directly behind the hospital.
- Drive toward front of hospital make a right passing main parking lot in front of hospital.
- Then make a left into the parking lot on right side of hospital driving past helipad (on your left).
- Continue straight past the loading dock to the end of the parking lot.
- Make a left hand turn into the Annex parking area.
- After entering Annex Building, the first door on your left is the Administrative Suite
