Wait times listed are based on the average wait over the last hour unless the practice has just opened for the day. Each person’s individual wait time begins at check-in and ends when that person is seen by a provider. “People ahead of you” is the current number of patients waiting to be seen by a provider. Your actual wait time may vary depending on the flow of patients and those patients’ needs. Rest-assured that you’ll receive COVID-SAFE care. You may check-in to an ExpressCARE by walking to the front desk or by using the eCheck-In feature on the MyLVHN app. If a patient room is not ready at the time of your check-in, you can choose to wait in your car.
Walk-in appointments are available for common illnesses and minor injuries, such as sprains, cuts, rashes, seasonal allergies, flu symptoms, bronchitis, ear infections, sore throat, fever and more.
