Walk-in care with convenient hours and shorter wait times
As Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN), part of Jefferson Health, continues to grow and evolve to meet the needs of our patients and communities, we’re stepping into a new chapter to improve your walk-in care experience. Three LVHN ExpressCARE locations are converting to JeffExpress Urgent Care – a model of care that is personal, provides convenient hours and shorter wait times.
These three locations are the first in a broader, phased conversion of many LVHN ExpressCARE sites that will transition to the JeffExpress Urgent Care model in the coming months.

Our clinical concierge helps you check in, guides you to your exam suite, answers your questions and remains nearby throughout your visit. With this new design, your visit becomes easier and streamlined, so you can receive the care you need comfortably and return to your schedule faster.”
When you arrive at any JeffExpress Urgent Care location, you’ll be greeted with a warm welcome from our staff and checked in for your appointment. Our clinical concierge will serve as your guide from the moment you check in until you check out to ensure you have a seamless experience. With one consistent guide, you won’t have to repeat your concerns and know exactly what comes next during your visit.
Registration, testing, treatment and checkout will all occur in one exam suite to make your experience easier and more comfortable. Your clinician will have additional time to connect with you and answer questions by using new technologies that streamline your visit.
Do you need a physical? Or would you prefer to schedule an appointment in advance? You’ll have the option to save your spot or make an appointment online before going to JeffExpress Urgent Care. Our enhanced reservation system makes scheduling simple. You can view real-time availability, choose a time that works best for your schedule and understand which options you have before arriving.
When life happens, JeffExpress Urgent Care makes it easy for you to receive the care you need in a timely manner. We offer walk-in or by appointment care for urgent minor illnesses or injuries 365 days of the year from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., except for holidays:
JeffExpress Urgent Care is urgent care that is simple, accessible and designed for real life. When you visit one of our locations, you will be billed as if this was a regular office visit.
As existing LVHN ExpressCARE locations transition, you’ll notice new signage with JeffExpress Urgent Care. The hours of operation for existing LVHN ExpressCARE sites will remain the same until the transition is completed on the dates noted. For current hours, please go to LVHN.org/expresscare.
