We offer COVID-19 testing for people who don’t have symptoms but require COVID-19 clearance.
You can receive a COVID-19 test without an appointment at LVHN COVID-19 Assess and Test locations and select ExpressCARE locations.
Asymptomatic patients in the Hazleton area are encouraged to visit HNL Lab Medicine–West Hazleton or HNL Lab Medicine–Mountain Top rather than LVHN COVID-19 Assess and Test–Sherman Court. A prescription is required to receive testing at either HNL Lab Medicine location.

Waiting protocol to protect you and others
To further reduce risk of exposure to coronavirus, we are asking patients to wait in their car instead of in the waiting room.
When you arrive at the Assess and Test or ExpressCARE office, go inside and check in with the registration desk. You will be asked to provide your mobile phone number. Then you can return to your car and wait until the office calls your mobile phone, letting you know you can be seen.
Your COVID-19 test results
Lehigh Valley Health Network makes it convenient to view your test results. After your COVID-19 test, there’s no need to wait for a provider to call you. You can view your test results and quarantine instructions as soon as they are available on the MyLVHN patient portal. If you receive positive test results, an LVHN colleague will reach out to you with guidance. Should you have questions about your results, please call 484-273-4368.
