About

Philosophy of care

My philosophy is rooted in listening first. Every patient deserves to feel heard, respected and involved in decisions about their health. My goal is trusting relationships where patients feel comfortable asking questions, sharing concerns and leaving each visit with confidence in their care – knowing they have someone in their corner.

Why I entered medicine

My passion for medicine began at a young age and continued to grow through years of hands-on experience in healthcare. After completing an allied health program in high school, I worked as a nursing assistant and later during college in home care and as an emergency department technician. Caring for patients during their most vulnerable moments confirmed my choice of a healthcare career. Now as a physician assistant I enjoy the critical thinking, collaboration and opportunity to build relationships with patients and their families.

Community involvement

I have volunteered with a resource center that supports expectant and new mothers facing housing insecurity through education, essential supplies and community resources. The experience reinforced my passion for advocating for women and helping families. I look forward to continuing doing so throughout my career.

Personal interests

I enjoy traveling to new places, experiencing new cultures, trying new restaurants and spending quality time with family and friends.
