Jefferson Lehigh Valley Hand and Upper Extremity Fellowship Benefits

The following program-specific benefits are offered to Jefferson Lehigh Valley Hand and Upper Extremity fellows in addition to the graduate medical education-wide salary and benefits:

  • Four weeks of vacation
  • Required to go to annual ASSH or AAHS meeting
  • Industry-sponsored courses are allowed, and approved on an as-needed basis
  • Elective rotations available in congenital, trauma, shoulder surgery and microsurgery
  • Microsurgery course encouraged
  • Close relationship with Philadelphia Hand to Shoulder Center and Rothman Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery Fellowship scholarly activities
