Jefferson Lehigh Valley Hand and Upper Extremity Fellowship Application Instructions

Application Information

The Jefferson Lehigh Valley Hand and Upper Extremity Fellowship accepts one fellow annually for a one-year training program.

Application Preferences

  • Completion of an ACGME- or American Orthopaedic Association-accredited plastic surgery, orthopedic surgery or general surgery residency program. 
  • Passage of USMLE Steps/COMLEX Levels I, II and III.
  • J-1 visas available.
  • We do NOT offer observerships or externships.

Application Process

Applications for fellowship are accepted only through ERAS (Electronic Residency Application Service).

The application deadline is Nov. 15. Interviews will be held after Jan. 1.
