Physical therapy acute care residents will practice primarily at Lehigh Valley Hospital–Cedar Crest. This will be supplemented with additional hours at LVHN–Tilghman which is an orthopedic hospital and teaching and/or volunteer opportunities at DeSales University. LVHN offers a level I trauma center, Pennsylvania’s first Joint Commission-certified Comprehensive Stroke Center, a regional burn center, medical surgical units, various ICUs and one of the largest emergency departments in Pennsylvania.
