The Health & Wellness Center at Hazleton is a state-of-the-art facility that serves all of the community’s health and wellness needs. As the only fitness center in the area fully accredited by the Medical Fitness Association (MFA), the Wellness Center is dedicated to medical fitness and integrated care as a prescription for better health.
Your annual membership fee includes: an initial evaluation (health history, weight, height, blood pressure, heart rate, body fat measurements and target heart rate) and fitness testing, including flexibility, two one-on-one training sessions with a fitness trainer and an individualized fitness plan.
