Orientation Schedules

During Connections, the LVHN orientation program for new colleagues, you will have the opportunity to interact with other new LVHN colleagues as you learn about the history of LVHN and our mission of “healing, comforting, and caring for our community.” Connections is a two-part program.

Your morning presentation will be virtual via WebEx, and in the afternoon, we welcome you onsite to continue your general orientation experience. Your attendance is mandatory for both sessions as long as you have cleared all pre-employment conditions.

Morning Connections Instructions:

Time: Log on to your computer/mobile device to locate and access the Webex meeting invitation between 7:30 a.m. and 7:45 a.m. The program begins promptly at 8:00 a.m.

Location: WebEx instructions will be emailed to you the Friday prior to your start date.  

Afternoon Connections Instructions:

Time: Registration begins at 1:00 p.m. The program begins promptly at 1:30 p.m.
Location:  You will attend afternoon Connections at the LVHN Campus aligned with your role.  Please refer to your Friday afternoon email for directions.  

Classroom orientation schedules for clinical inpatient and outpatient colleagues are available below. Schedules are posted one week before your start date by the LVHN Department of Education.

Schedules below are for all new hire training cycles, unless otherwise indicated by date.

If you are being hired to work in an ambulatory (outpatient) location, click your role below and print your schedule. In addition, please review your required LVPG dress code with your hiring manager and be prepared to wear appropriate clothes the first day in your department.
