Mindfulness

Stress is a common concern among people of all ages and all life situations. One way to help manage stress is through the practice of mindfulness.

Lehigh Valley Health Network’s (LVHN) Center for Mindfulness has several offerings to help you learn how to practice mindfulness in your everyday life.

Growing Resilience with Mindfulness is offered as virtual and in-person formats. The six 90-minute sessions will introduce you to a variety of formal mindfulness and self-compassion exercises. With the group, you will discuss the impact of the exercises as you develop practical skills for use at home and in the workplace or wherever you happen to be. A detailed manual is provided that includes background information and resources for continued practice.
