If you have mild symptoms associated with either cold, flu or COVID-19, the safest and quickest way to receive care is through an LVHN ExpressCARE Video Visit. Using an LVHN ExpressCARE Video Visit as your first point of care if you have cold, flu or COVID-19 symptoms will help stop the spread of illness and protect others while getting you the care you need.

How to schedule an LVHN ExpressCARE Video Visit

Follow these steps to schedule an LVHN ExpressCARE Video Visit:

  • Open your MyLVHN app.
  • Go to “Menu.”
  • Select “Schedule LVHN ExpressCARE Video Visit.”
  • Follow the instructions to either schedule a video visit or wait in a virtual waiting room.
  • You will be prompted to download VidyoConnect app. Please follow the on-screen instructions to get set up.
  • Once downloaded, go back into the MyLVHN app and click the link to start your visit. It will automatically open in the VidyoConnect app you downloaded in the previous step.

The health care provider you will see through a video visit can determine if you need testing for COVID-19 or the flu, and if needed, also can prescribe medication.
