Coordinates all aspects of patient registration, insurance verification, and scheduling of patients accurately. Conducts patient interviews by phone and in-person for the purpose of establishing an account by gathering demographic, insurance, and clinical information to ensure appropriate patient scheduling and optimal financial clearance. • Successful completion of LVHN's inexperienced technical partner course.
• Ability to follow direction and provide accurate reports.
• Attainment and maintenance of unit-specific competencies.
• Ability to organize and prioritize assignments in the delivery of patient care.
• Basic computer skills.
