Mindfulness may help children increase self-awareness, attentional capacity, self-regulation and social skills. Each 45-minute workshop includes mindful activities, movement, and games taught by a certified kids’ mindfulness and yoga instructor. For children in kindergarten through third grade. Both parent and child need to attend all three weekly virtual sessions. This workshop is $25 per child.
Lehigh Valley Health Network offers the national Safe Sitter® Essentials program, which helps to prepare young adults ages 11 to 13 to be safe when they are babysitting, watching younger siblings, or home alone. Fee of $27.50 per student includes student handbook.
