About

Philosophy of care

Exceptional pediatric gastroenterology care begins with building trust – not only with my patients, but also with their families. Caring for children requires compassion, patience and an understanding that every child is unique. My goal is to create a welcoming environment where children feel comfortable and parents feel heard, informed and supported.

Why I entered medicine

I was drawn to pediatrics because of the resilience of children and the privilege of partnering with families during challenging moments. Pediatric gastroenterology allows me to combine complex problem-solving with long-term relationships. One of the most meaningful aspects of this job is building trust with children and their families.

Personal interests

I love to ski, dance and travel as much as we can! I will never say no to a good slice of pizza or watching guilty pleasure TV shows.
