Philosophy of care

Care that is personal, not rushed, delivers the best outcomes; where patients feel at ease, respected and empowered. I’m here to support you not only in seeing clearly today, but also in protecting your vision for years to come. Ultimately, my role is to protect and improve vision while being a trusted partner in your long-term health journey.

Why I entered medicine

I entered medicine as an eye doctor because I’ve always cared about helping in a hands-on way. Vision is something most of us rely on every day, and the slightest impairment can affect quality of life. What really drew me to this field was how much can be discovered about a person’s health just by looking into their eyes. I loved the idea of being able to help not only with vision, but also with early detection of other health problems, contributing to an integral part of comprehensive care.

Community involvement

Growing up in the Lehigh Valley, I was surrounded by the comprehensive health care services offered by LVHN. I feel honored to be employed here and to have the opportunity to use my experience to give back to my community in a meaningful way. I also had several opportunities to give eye exams at the Special Olympics Games, which I plan to continue to do throughout my career.

Personal interests

I enjoy time with my family and friends, often exploring new places in and around the Lehigh Valley! I also enjoy traveling and learning about new cultures.
