Philosophy of care

My goal is to provide high-quality, evidence-based medical care to your children while developing meaningful relationships with you, your family and our communities. I believe in the importance of shared decision-making with families and providing education throughout all stages of life and health.

Why I entered medicine

As a child, I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. My frequent interactions with the health care system inspired me to care for children and their families the way I wanted to be treated as a patient.

Community involvement

Throughout my training, I have been involved with several organizations that promote education and mentorship, particularly for young women interested in science-related fields.
