Philosophy of care
Urologic concerns are often considered sensitive or embarrassing, so I strive to create an open and comfortable environment with patients from the start. I use patient-centered decision-making to help formulate the best treatment plan for each individual's unique needs.
Why I entered medicine
My desire to work with my hands while also helping people drew me to surgery. I found urology to be the perfect blend of technology, quality of life, and camaraderie.
Community involvement
I have helped conduct prostate cancer screenings for underserved minorities.
Personal interests
My spouse and I enjoy movies and farmers' markets. We have a 10 year-old rescue pitbull mix with whom we love to explore nature.
