The point of going to a doctor’s office is to get in-person attention from the doctor. Thanks to MyLVHN, the patient portal, you can take care of important tasks ahead of time and spend more productive time with your clinician.


Make the most of your visit by using eCheck-In. This pre-office visit work lets you explain your concerns or problems, which allows more time at your appointment to create the solution. Your care team will send you any questionnaires that need to be filled out a few days before your appointment, securely through MyLVHN. You can fill out the forms electronically and submit them right through MyLVHN.

Automatic appointment arrival

Spend less time in the waiting room by activating our appointment arrival feature through MyLVHN. This feature uses your phone's location services to alert the office when you are nearby. When you arrive, come to the front desk.

Here's how to set it up:

  1. You need to have a MyLVHN account and the MyLVHN mobile app on your smartphone.
  2. Enable location services on your device. Location tracking must be set to always. If you do not wish to enable location services, this feature will NOT work for you.
  3. After your appointment is made, log into your MyLVHN app and you’ll receive a prompt asking if you wish to “enable appointment auto arrival.” Answer, Yes.
