LVHN’s geriatricians are doctors with extra training in care for an older population. The geriatrics team includes certified registered nurse practitioners (CRNP) and physician assistants (PA-C). They help manage more complex medical issues so you can lead an active, healthy life.

As people age, their health care needs may change. The geriatrics program at Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) provides primary care to patients age 65 and older who have at least three medical issues. This patient population has more complex medical needs, often requiring the high level of care that has become our standard.
