About

Philosophy of care

My philosophy is founded on empathy, comprehensive treatment and personalization, catering to all patients. I emphasize education, enabling informed decisions and strong doctor-patient relationships. My practice spans urological issues for men and women, from sexual health to incontinence. Each treatment plan is customized to the individual, reflecting the diverse aspects of urological health. Collaboration is key and fosters a multidisciplinary strategy that enhances our care quality and expands our treatment scope. At the core is a deep commitment to the highest standard of urological care, ensuring every patient feels valued and receives effective and respectful treatments.

Why I entered medicine

My path to medicine, urology in particular, drew me in with its unique blend of patient care in the office and the technical challenge of surgeries. I get to form meaningful connections with my patients, guiding them from the first consultation to recovery post-surgery. The mix of engaging directly with patients, performing delicate surgeries and staying abreast of the latest medical advancements keeps me deeply invested in the community and continually inspired.

Community involvement

I'm deeply committed to the health and well-being of our community, and actively engage in outreach initiatives. I believe health care extends beyond the clinic and hospital walls and plays a vital role in community development and support. I focus especially on educational programs related to raising awareness about urological health. A major aspect is highlighting the significance of early screenings and proactive health measures.

Personal interests

I live in Northeast Pennsylvania with Fabianni, my life partner, and close to my children. I cherish our community and its natural beauty. Spring and summer are for hiking and enjoying the lush landscapes, while fall offers breathtaking foliage perfect for scenic drives. Winter transforms the area into a picturesque setting for skiing and snow sports. I take pleasure in fishing and boating in the local lakes and rivers of upstate New York during warmer months and snowshoeing or relaxing with a good book when it snows. Outdoor pursuits provide a much-needed balance to my professional life, offering both physical and mental rejuvenation and keeping me connected to the beauty of our region.
