Philosophy of care

I believe a body in motion remains in motion, so my goal is to keep people as active as possible for as long as possible! And focusing on the individual instead of the ailment allows me to refine a treatment plan that is right for you.

Why I entered medicine

Medicine has always been a passion of mine. In grade school, I was drawn to the sciences and had goals of becoming a physician. Today I strive to provide you as my patient the most up-to-date, evidence-based recommendations to boost your health.

Community involvement

I volunteer in medical tents at races throughout the Lehigh Valley and Philadelphia in addition to mentoring prospective sports medicine physicians.

Personal interests

I love almost all outdoor sports/activities. I have been a swimmer over 15 years, which transitioned into running marathons and now Ironman triathlons. Any activity that will get me outside, with my wife, I am in favor of! When not outside, you can find me lounging on the couch with my English bulldog.
