About

Philosophy of care

My focus is preventative lifestyle medicine. During each visit, I emphasize food, exercise and overall mental and emotional well-being as important aspects of your care. I share with patients the tools and knowledge for living healthier lives, focusing on preventing disease and blending lifestyle and medical interventions to treat any chronic condition.

Why I entered medicine

I chose medicine, specifically primary care, because I am passionate about building lifelong relationships with patients. Growing up, I was inspired by the physicians and healthcare professionals who made a meaningful impact on my community. I am grateful for the privilege of caring for and supporting people through some of the most vulnerable and important moments of their lives.

Community involvement

I have worked at a free clinic and look forward to finding more opportunities to give back to the Lehigh Valley.

Personal interests

My interests include time with my dogs, traveling, exercising, reading and baking.
