Philosophy of care

The most important patient is the one sitting across from me.

Why I entered medicine

I volunteered for years around the medical community and was introduced to mid-level practitioners such as physician assistants. It was a short leap to becoming a physician assistant and changing my involvement with direct patient care... and I love it!

Community involvement

I've been helping to make quilts for the Women's 5K Classic Walk/Run for breast cancer awareness for the last 10 years.

Personal interests

I am active in my church community, Asbury United Methodist Church, and its mission work.
